It’s much harder to reverse the damage once it’s done, so avoid glyphosate to begin with especially in your child’s diet. Sadly, a lot of parents feed their children corn and soy-based infant formulas, which may explain the rise in obesity and cancer in very young children.
But its not just plants such as wheat, corn and soy. Factory-farmed animals are typically raised on a grain-based diet, and glyphosate bio-accumulates in their tissues as well. So find organic grass-fed beef and pastured chicken through a local farmer.
At this point, we need to move quickly and take charge of our health on an individual level by putting in the effort to cook and eat healthy whole foods. Otherwise, we’re going to end up with a country that’s so sick that well be spending all of our time and money taking care of sick people.

As bread is a yummy and tasty food. It is soft and delicious and is present in many kinds. It is made using many ingredients but many people get confused whether bread makes you fat or not? If I personally share my experience with you then I must say that bread makes me bloated sometimes and it is not easily digested as well. It may not be the case with everyone but here I would like to discuss this topic in detail.
Doesnt The Body Need Carbohydrates
Sure, there is some need for carbohydrates. Theres a reason many scientists now recommend low-carb diets and not no-carb ones. However, its important to get the carbs form the right place. And you still need to make sure youre adding some healthy fats to your diet. The carbs that you do need are small amounts to help fuel the body.

Truth: Myths about yeast and bloating perhaps stem from the fact that yeast causes things to rise, and therefore may consequently conjure up the mental image of bloating.
However, as found by the British Nutrition Foundation, there is actually no published evidence to support that yeast is a cause of bloating the yeast in bread is actually deactivated during baking, meaning that no live yeast will be present in the end product
Truth: Occasionally, when people who have low fibre intakes suddenly start consuming more fibre, they may experience symptoms associated with bloating. In the majority of cases however, the gut will adapt to the increased fibre intake and any symptoms should cease.

Its this fermentation process that creates the gas that causes bloating, wind and discomfort.
Bread and other wheat-based products contain several substances that make them especially hard to digestmeaning more material is available for your gut bacteria to ferment. These substances include:
Enzyme inhibitors. These interfere with the gut enzymes that digest protein and starch .
Wheat-germ agglutinin. In animal studies, this substance was found to interfere with the digestion of protein and stop the release of the enzymes that digest food .
Fructans. These are a type of sugar in bread that gut bacteria love to ferment .
Gluten. This well-known bread protein can cause problems by triggering the release of a chemical called zonulin from the gut lining . The release of zonulin creates gaps in the gut wall, allowing partly digested food particles to cross into the bloodstream. These particles then stimulate the body to mount an immune response, which damages the lining of the gut and negatively affects digestion.
All these components can add up to poorly digested food, which is then available for your gut bacteria to ferment.
