Rice, potatoes, cereals , crackers, and toast are all good options.

People who are lactose intolerant should be able to tolerate most dark chocolates but should always read the ingredients in case there are flavours containing lactose.”
So if you’re trying to be healthy, purer darker chocolate is your best bet . But otherwise, as we like to say: everything in moderation.

Or will you slide towards death all used up with awesomeness, having given your all to the people that mattered while kicking aside the petty trivia of everyday life which gets you nowhere? I believe if you know what is important and focus on that, the rest falls away and so does the stress. Easier said than done? Maybe, but its worth a try.
