“On the flip side, say a person starts on a low-carb diet. This often involves restricting fruits and vegetables, which can lead to new-onset constipation. This in turn can cause gas and flatus to build up in the intestines, thus causing bloating,” Dr. Houghton says.

A More Serious Condition Such As Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Irritable bowel syndrome, or IBS, is a common condition that causes abdominal pain with bloating, diarrhea or constipation. The cause of IBS is unknown, but it may be brought on by certain triggers, including:

Abdominal bloating can be caused by ALL SORTS of different things. It is not always serious at all, but it can be. You don’t mention pain, blood in your stool, or a fever but you do mention unusual vaginal bleeding, bad headaches, nausea and dizziness, and fatigue. You also mention you have acne.
A few different possibilities occur to me, but one of them is definitely Polycystic Ovary Syndrome . You could also be gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant, or have endometriosis?
